At Sizzlin Salons, we've built something our clients love — a premium salon experience across multiple branches that keeps them coming back. Now, as our founder moves into a growth and ownership role, we need someone exceptional to take the wheel operationally.

This is not a middle-management position. This is the most senior hire we are making — a General Manager who is equally at home reviewing a P.L and walking a branch floor at 9am on a Monday.

If you've run a multi-location service business, managed area operations for a hospitality or F.B brand, or been the Number Two that a founder trusted to run their company — we want to speak with you.
