General Manager – Operations . Sizzlin Salons (Multi-Branch)
📍 .JAIPUR] . Full-Time . On-Site

At Sizzlin Salons, we've built something our clients love — a premium salon experience across multiple branches that keeps them coming back. Now, as our founder moves into a growth and ownership role, we need someone exceptional to take the wheel operationally.

This is not a middle-management position. This is the most senior hire we are making — a General Manager who is equally at home reviewing a P.L and walking a branch floor at 9am on a Monday.

If you've run a multi-location service business, managed area operations for a hospitality or F.B brand, or been the Number Two that a founder trusted to run their company — we want to speak with you.

🏢 ABOUT SIZZLIN SALONS

We are a fast-growing premium salon brand operating across multiple branches. We are building a corporate leadership team to scale the brand further — and this GM role is the cornerstone of that structure.

🎯 WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Full P.L ownership across all Sizzlin Salons branches

• Day-to-day operations across every branch — systems, standards, performance

• Leadership of Branch Managers and coordination across HR, Marketing, and Finance

• Design and enforce SOPs that define the Sizzlin Salons experience

• Regular branch audits, quality checks, and performance reviews

• Vendor negotiations, supplier management, and cost controls

• Weekly business reporting directly to the founder

• Revenue strategy — memberships, upselling, campaign coordination with Marketing

✅ WHO YOU ARE

• 3–4 years of experience in operations or general management

• You have managed multiple locations or outlets — restaurants, hotels, spas, retail chains, wellness brands

• You own P.Ls confidently and understand what drives profitability in a service business

• You've built SOPs and operational systems — not just followed someone else's

• Your teams respect you and your founders trust you

• You are decisive, composed, and commercially sharp

• Salon or beauty industry experience is welcome but absolutely not required — great operators from hospitality and F.B are exactly who we are looking for
