About the Role

You are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join a Fintech company with a vision and mission to transform the Healthcare Ecosystem. This role is crucial for the company's growth and expansion plans. As the COO, you will be responsible for shaping and overseeing systems, processes, and people to support business operations and ensure delivery on revenue forecasts and market expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities: - Anticipate future trends and develop business strategies in alignment with short- and long-term objectives set by the CEO and Cofounders. - Translate strategic goals into actionable steps for growth, including organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and expansion through acquisitions. - Collaborate with the CEO and Cofounders to drive operations, scale the business, enhance employee productivity, and manage P&L responsibilities.

  • • Engage with key stakeholders in hospitals, work with marketing teams on campaigns, and collaborate with product teams to introduce new features.

  • • Create and implement operational processes that are efficient, scalable, and adaptable to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Qualification Required: - Postgraduate degree from a reputable B-School.

  • • Preferred age range is above 40 years, ideally between 42-46 years.

  • • Extensive executive leadership experience with a focus on Sales/Business Development in sectors like FMCG, Retail, Fintech, or Technology.

  • • Proven track record of managing large teams of over 300 individuals.

  • • Experience in handling multiple regions or zones, with a minimum of two zones (e.g., West/North, North/South, West/South).

  • • Strong leadership qualities, unwavering determination, and personal integrity.
