About the Role

You will be joining HustleHub, a vibrant and fast-growing co-working space dedicated to fostering innovation, collaboration, and productivity for startups, freelancers, and enterprises. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day operations, driving operational efficiency, and scaling business processes to achieve growth objectives. Your extensive experience in operations management, strategic mindset, and passion for creating seamless customer experiences in the co-working industry will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership - Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to set the company's strategic direction and goals. - Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for operational efficiency and team productivity.

  • Operational Management - Oversee daily operations across all HustleHub locations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • - Optimize processes for member onboarding, facility management, IT infrastructure, and vendor relations.
    - Manage budgets, resources, and cost structures to maximize operational efficiency.
    - Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • Team Leadership & Culture - Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across operations, admin, and facility management.

  • - Foster a collaborative, customer-centric culture aligned with HustleHub's values.
    - Implement training and development initiatives for staff to enhance productivity.

  • Business Growth & Innovation - Identify opportunities for operational automation, technology adoption, and process improvement.

  • - Support expansion plans by assessing new locations, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating launch activities.
    - Work with the marketing and sales teams to deliver seamless member experiences.

    Stakeholder Management: - Act as a bridge between management, staff, vendors, and members to ensure transparent communication.

  • • Provide regular operational reports to the CEO and Board on business performance.
  • Qualification Required: - Education: MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields. - Experience: Minimum 10+ years in operations or general management roles, preferably in co-working, real estate, or hospitality sectors. - Skills: - Strong leadership and people management skills.
    - Expertise in process optimization and operational excellence.
    - Financial acumen with P&L management experience.
    - Familiarity with technology tools for CRM, facility management, and automation.
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
