About the Role

Hiring: Chief Operating Officer (COO) . Industrial Manufacturing . Delhi NCR

We are partnering with a well-established player in the
industrial manufacturing space , recognized for its strong market presence, integrated capabilities across manufacturing and service operations, and consistent growth. The organization is currently entering its next phase of expansion, creating an exciting opportunity for a senior leader to shape its future.

Fynehand is mandated to hire a
Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth, operational excellence, and transformation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall operations strategy across sales, marketing, manufacturing, and service functions

• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate business strategy into execution plans, especially around expansion, new product lines, and market positioning

• Build and lead high-performing leadership teams across service, marketing, and manufacturing, driving alignment and accountability

• Drive business growth by strengthening sales channels, launching new products, improving market penetration, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention strategies

• Improve operational efficiency of the service function (including a 150. member servicing team) through cost optimization and reduction in equipment downtime

• Achieve cost efficiencies in manufacturing through manpower optimization and indigenization of components while maintaining high-quality standards

• Drive operational excellence through standardization, digitization, and implementation of scalable processes and systems

• Develop short-term and long-term plans aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives

Ideal Candidate:

• 18. years of experience with strong exposure to service, operations, sales, marketing, and manufacturing

• Proven track record in senior leadership roles, managing large cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, improving margins, and scaling operations

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, service operations, and process optimization

• Experience in building high-performing teams and developing second-line leadership

• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and execution capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; MBA or equivalent is an added advantage
