Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer based in Khopoli. The COO will oversee and manage the company's operations to ensure efficiency and productivity across all departments. Key responsibilities include, supervising daily operations, optimizing processes, managing financial performance, and ensuring effective budget allocation. The COO will work closely with the executive leadership team to align operational activities with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • • Strong expertise in Business Planning and strategic decision-making

  • • Experience in Operations Management, including process optimization and resource allocation

  • • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve performance metrics

  • • Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting, including planning, forecasting, and cost control

  • • Proven leadership and team management capabilities

  • • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills

  • • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai

  • • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
