Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Operating Officer (COO) role located in Pune Division. The COO will oversee the day-to-day operations of the museum, manage staff, and ensure the smooth functioning of all operational processes. The role encompasses strategic business planning, budgeting, and operational management to optimize resources and deliver high-quality visitor experiences. Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management

• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making

• Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting

• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills

• Experience in managing teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders

• Knowledge or passion for cricket and its history is a plus

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
