About the Role

Requirements

  • • MBA from Tier-1 institution (IIM A/B/C/L/K, ISB, or top global program)

  • • 6 to 10. years in tech and operations leadership

  • • 3 to 5. years as COO / VP Ops / GM in high-growth startup or healthcare tech

  • • 5. years hands-on engineering experience (Python/Node.js)

  • • Strong understanding of AI/ML: LLMs, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering

  • • Healthcare expertise: RCM, clinical workflows, payer systems, HIPAA/HITRUST

  • • Experience in capital raising: PE, family offices, credit facilities

  • • Experience building enterprise partnerships or consulting alliances

  • • Experience scaling teams and managing FDE / services programs

  • • Strong ability to translate operational metrics into investment narratives

  • • Experience with distributed teams (US . India preferred)

  • • Knowledge of FHIR/HL7, EHR systems (preferred)

  • • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and cloud infra (preferred)

    • Responsibilities

  • • Own development of operational AI agents: Financial Margin, Supply Chain, Scheduling/Staffing, Training/Outcomes

  • • Create PRDs covering mission, JTBD, data dependencies, and architecture

  • • Hire and manage Agent Lead Engineers with high-performance standards

  • • Execute 24-week deployment playbook for acquired practices

  • • Build and run Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) program and training curriculum

  • • Own measurement matrix: revenue, efficiency, EBITDA, quality metrics

  • • Execute capital roadmap from internal proof to institutional fund

  • • Build consulting alliances (BCG, Accenture, McKinsey)

  • • Manage outreach to healthcare VC/PE firms and market intelligence

  • • Build and operate COO Command Dashboard for operations and capital tracking

  • • Run automated operational reporting and weekly leadership communication

  • • Oversee practice acquisitions and maintain institutional data room
