About the Role

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at our company, your main role will be to oversee the day-to-day operations, drive operational efficiency, and execute strategic initiatives to sustain growth and innovation. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to align operational goals with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end supply chain for the organization, covering both new and existing products. - Supervise all plant operations for product manufacturing and ensure operational excellence. - Develop and maintain a strong vendor base, including onboarding new vendors for risk mitigation and product development.

  • • Lead the installation team nationwide, ensuring timely project execution and adherence to quality standards.

  • • Drive supply chain initiatives for new product development and work closely with R&D teams.

  • • Ensure compliance with environment, health, and safety regulations at the plant and during installation projects.

  • • Supervise the blue-collar workforce across all plants and installation teams in India.

  • • Essential: Experience traveling to China and managing supplier relationships in that region.

  • • Proven track record in building a supply chain network in China, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute.

  • • MBA in Operations Management is preferred.

  • • Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in operations management or related fields.

  • • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant operating systems.

  • • Experience in managing teams of at least 30 people, demonstrating strong leadership skills.

  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
