About the Role

You will be leading the end-to-end operations of Chai Points Brewing Bots vertical, focusing on driving profitable growth through a best-in-class service network, strong customer relationships, and exceptional customer experience. As the COO Everywhere Business Unit, your role will require deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma and a structured, process-driven approach to implementing PPM. Your primary responsibility will be to build a world-class, asset-light yet operationally robust Brewing Bots business platform.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Contribute to P&L & Business Strategy: - Own and actively contribute to the P&L of the Brewing Bots vertical. - Drive revenue growth, expand gross margins, and improve EBITDA performance.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap focused on scale, profitability, network optimization, and market leadership.
- Optimize cost structures across manufacturing, deployment, and service operations.

  • Manufacturing & Operational Excellence: - Provide strategic oversight on manufacturing, assembly, and quality control operations.

  • - Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and improve process reliability.
    - Drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and product quality.
    - Build a robust vendor ecosystem across components and manufacturing partners.

  • Supply Chain & Deployment: - Design a scalable supply ecosystem for machine components and spares.

  • - Enhance deployment efficiency and machine uptime across markets.
    - Optimize inventory turns and working capital management.
    - Collaborate on new product development with F&B teams and supply chain.

  • Customer Success & Service Excellence: - Design a scalable customer success framework for B2B clients.

  • - Drive high machine uptime and proactive service management.
    - Improve NPS and retention across enterprise accounts.
    - Establish structured escalation and feedback loops for customer service.

  • Process, Digitization & Data: - Implement digital processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.

  • - Establish operating dashboards for cost, uptime, and service metrics.
    - Drive predictive maintenance and IoT-based monitoring.
    - Standardize SOPs and enable automation across operations.

  • Team Leadership & Culture: - Lead cross-functional teams and create a performance culture focused on accountability.

  • - Develop next-level leadership bench strength and drive operational discipline.
    - Implement a lean organization structure with clear KRAs and ownership.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:
    Experience: - 15+ years in manufacturing/automotive-led businesses.

  • • 5+ years in senior leadership roles focusing on P&L growth.

  • • Demonstrated success in scaling operations and managing multi-functional processes.
  • Technical & Functional Expertise: - Certified Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred).

  • • Strong understanding of costing, OEE improvement, PPM, vendor development, after-sales service models, B2B customer lifecycle management, and financial levers.
