Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.

- Lead and manage the sales, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

- Drive sales growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and optimizing distribution channels.

- Oversee the financial performance of the operations, ensuring adherence to budgets and achievement of profitability targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the FMCG industry.

- Expertise in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and distribution channels.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to develop and execute corporate strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 20-24 years of experience in FMCG operations and general management.
