About the Role
As the Chief Marketing Manager at Teceze, you will play a crucial role in leading the marketing function and elevating the brand to new heights. Your strategic mindset and execution-driven approach will be instrumental in driving measurable growth and aligning marketing efforts with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: - Marketing Strategy & Leadership - Define and own the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business goals - Position Teceze as a strong B2B brand specializing in AI-driven digital workspace and cybersecurity services - Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new services and business units
- Identify new growth opportunities, markets, and channels
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Lead the creation of impactful marketing assets
- Strengthen brand visibility among enterprise clients and decision-makers
- Own digital marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and campaign strategy
- Optimize performance marketing channels
- Collaborate closely with sales for improved conversion rates and pipeline velocity
- Define clear roles, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Implement marketing tools and manage budgets effectively
- Track and report ROI on all marketing initiatives
- Identify strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities
- Continuously experiment and optimize new channels and formats
Qualification Required: - 1015+ years of experience in B2B marketing
In addition to the above, the company prefers candidates with experience in building marketing from scratch, exposure to global markets, familiarity with ABM and marketing automation tools, and a strong network within the B2B ecosystem.

As the ideal candidate, you are expected to have a builder mindset, a balance of strategy and execution, be data-driven yet creative, and act as a true business partner to the leadership team.
