As a seasoned and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in the tyre manufacturing industry, your role will involve developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and business objectives. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, and leadership grooming to foster a high-performance culture emphasizing innovation, quality, and collaboration.   • • Experience in managing large-scale HR operations in manufacturing settings

  • • Familiarity with HR technologies and data-driven decision-making
