The role will oversee:

- Growth strategy across D2C, clinics, partnerships, and omnichannel platforms

- Revenue acceleration, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability

- Operational leadership across customer experience, supply chain, and service delivery

- Technology, process optimization, and scale readiness

- Team building, KPI management, and strategic planning with leadership stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

- 15-18+ years of experience in consumer healthcare, wellness, beauty, pharma, or D2C businesses

- Strong exposure to both growth and operations leadership

- Proven P&L ownership and scaling experience

- Data-driven and execution-focused leader

- MBA from a premier institute preferred
