About the Role

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Teerth Realties, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all financial activities to ensure strategic financial planning, management of budgets, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed financial analysis, leading financial negotiations, and developing strategies to drive sustained growth and profitability for the organization. You will collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to align financial planning with the company's long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Statements, with the ability to create and execute comprehensive financial strategies.

  • • Strong proficiency in Finance and Financial Reporting, particularly in generating accurate and timely reports to guide business decisions.

  • • Exceptional Analytical Skills, with a focus on identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance.

  • • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a CA, CPA, CFA, is highly preferred.

  • • Extensive leadership experience, with the ability to manage teams effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

  • • Familiarity with the real estate sector is a plus, with prior experience in managing large-scale development projects being advantageous.

  • • A deep understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to finance and corporate governance.
