About the Role

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at this EU Company based in Cyprus, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of a fast-growing Group with diverse businesses in advertising Solutions, e-commerce, retail, and real estate. This is not a traditional corporate CFO role; instead, you will have the opportunity to own the numbers, influence strategy, and build the financial engine of the business.

Key Responsibilities: - Owning daily bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping to maintain accurate and reliable accounts - Managing accounts payable, receivable, and financial reconciliations - Building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgeting frameworks

  • • Driving unit economics analysis across clients and revenue streams

  • • Leading cash flow management and financial planning in a high-growth environment

  • • Establishing financial processes that scale as the company grows

  • • Ensuring tax, regulatory, and compliance alignment with our Cyprus-based legal entity

    • Qualifications Required: - 57 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or corporate finance

  • • Strong bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals

  • • Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills

  • • Exposure to tech, digital advertising, SaaS, or high-growth startups

  • • Understanding of revenue models, margins, and unit economics

  • • ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)

  • • Knowledge of VAT & VIES reporting in the EU

  • • EU market experience, ideally with multiple companies

  • • Experience with scaling finance functions is a strong advantage

  • • Advanced experience working with Xero software
