About the Role

As a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO), your role will involve overseeing the financial management of the organization. You should have deep expertise in costing, MIS, financial audit, due diligence, external stakeholder management, and experience working with companies with revenue in the size of 250-300.0Cr. Additionally, you should possess a thorough understanding of IPO roadmap preparation and supporting all necessary activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • • Leading all financial functions such as Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting, Auditing, Taxation, and Financial Planning.

  • • Establishing and maintaining strong banking and institutional relationships for various funding requirements.

  • • Driving fundraising activities, negotiating credit facilities, and ensuring efficient utilization of funds.

  • • Developing and implementing robust financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • • Overseeing the accuracy and statutory compliance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • • Monitoring key financial metrics and ensuring profitability, liquidity, cost efficiency, and ROI across business units.

  • • Partnering with the Board and CEO to drive strategic decisions including M&A, capital allocation, and risk management.

  • • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax frameworks including GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory norms.

  • • Driving internal financial controls and audit mechanisms for transparency and governance.

  • • Building and leading a high-performing finance team focusing on automation, ERP-based reporting, and data-driven insights.

  • • Exceptional relationship management skills with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

  • • Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and investment strategy.
