About the Role

As a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a background as a Chartered Accountant (CA), you will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. Your role will include financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the finance and accounts department - Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

  • • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory regulations

  • • Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund management

  • • Handle tax planning, audits, and compliance (GST, Income Tax, etc.)

  • • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/Board

  • • Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements

  • • Ensure strong internal controls and risk management practices

  • • Liaise with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities

  • • Continuous follow-ups of the projects works and status

  • • Handling Audit Committee and Board Meetings every quarter and updating on the company performance, projects status to the Directors

  • • Preparation of Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated), Cash Flow statement, Audit Report, Tax report and relevant reports and documents
  • Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

  • • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
