  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and investors

  • • Manage the company's budget, control costs, and set financial goals

  • • Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions

  • • Prepare regular financial reports and present them to senior management

  • • Lead and manage the senior leadership team, setting clear goals and expectations

  • • Represent the company in public forums, media, and industry events

  • • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers

    • Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), and MBA in Finance

  • • 20-25 years of rich experience with 5 years in a senior leadership role dealing with IPOs and Fund Management

  • • Strong track record of driving business growth through financial planning

  • • Excellent leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • • Effective communication and presentation skills

  • • Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams
