About the Role

As a CFO at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the post-IPO transformation, taking charge three months after the SME listing. Your responsibilities will involve guiding the organization through critical phases such as transitioning from SME to Main Board IPO, scaling strategically, enhancing internal reporting, and implementing institutional-grade governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Financial Engineering & Value Creation:

  • - Optimize capital structure by utilizing blended capital and securing funds at the lowest cost
    - Implement financial engineering techniques in projects and contracts such as milestone-backed financing and securitization
    - Explore monetization and cash unlocking strategies through asset-light models and advance-backed procurement
    - Focus on maximizing investor value through EBITDA uplift and ARR valuation, alongside multi-SBU reporting

  • • Strategic Finance & Growth Acceleration:

  • - Develop an investment case for the Main Board IPO
    - Identify high-ROCE growth opportunities in EPC, manufacturing, signaling, and safety systems
    - Evaluate potential M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
    - Establish capital-based entry barriers to ensure long-term competitiveness

  • • Pricing, Profitability & Commercial Strategy:

  • - Implement dynamic pricing engines for tenders
    - Conduct profitability simulations and multi-scenario modeling
    - Analyze lifecycle costing and unit economics for products and EPC projects
    - Create contracting frameworks to mitigate LD risks and protect cash flow

  • • FP&A Architecture for a High-Growth Enterprise:

  • - Design a real-time financial architecture integrated with ERP systems
    - Implement rolling forecasting, business scorecards, and segment P&Ls
    - Utilize predictive analytics to identify overruns and manage receivable bottlenecks effectively

    Additional Details:
Our company is looking for a CFO with a strong leadership background encompassing 18-25 years of senior finance experience. Exposure to capital markets, IPO environments, and investor relations is essential, along with a track record in financial engineering and value creation. The ideal candidate will possess a CA qualification, with a preference for CFA/MBA-Finance and additional certifications in corporate finance, valuation, or treasury. A strategic, analytical, and forward-looking leadership style, coupled with a governance-first mindset and high integrity, will be crucial for success in this role.
