Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Financial Leadership: - Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives. - Provide leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. - Lead long-term financial modeling and strategic planning efforts.

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: - Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and reports.

- Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with legal requirements.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend actionable insights for improvement.

• Risk Management: - Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with the business.

- Implement financial controls, procedures, and policies for governance and compliance.

• Cash Flow and Capital Management: - Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies.

- Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relations.

• Team Leadership and Development: - Manage and develop the finance department team.

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;): - Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions.

- Oversee post-merger integration for financial success.

• Investor Relations and Stakeholder Management: - Communicate financial position, results, and strategy to stakeholders.

- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies.

• IPO Management (Added Advantage): - Oversee the process of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).

- Manage IPO-related strategies and investor communications.

• International Operations & Forex Management (Required): - Oversee financial strategies for international branches.

- Possess expertise in international forex markets.
- Lead financial operations and optimize capital flows for international branches.

Key Qualifications: - Education: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

• Experience: - Minimum 10 years in senior financial leadership roles.

- Experience in managing international financial operations.
- Proven track record in managing complex financial transactions.
