Chief Financial Officer

- Leading on financial, accounting and secretarial support pertaining to the entire Indus Group.

- Preparation of ABP (Annual Business Plan) and Review the ABPs of group (long term and short term) and constantly track and monitor their progress and highlight deviations.

- Providing strategic recommendations to management team on long term business and financial planning.

- Preparing SOP for all the functionaries of accounting and finance department.

- Assist in finalizing the financial decisions and leading team in resolving issues related to accounting and budgeting and taxation.

- Implement and manage appropriate financial controls and accounting procedures.

- Monitoring the inflow and outflow of the funds from all listed institutions.

- Validation of all the day books, Journals, ledgers etc.

- Monitoring payments on expenses, and other statutory compliances.

- Coordinate and oversee all tax compliance works in a timely manner

- Managing the relationship with banks and financial institutions to ensure cost effective and preferential services for institutions.

- Guide and direct other functions on compliance matters both at the corporate level and at the institution level

- Timely and efficient coordination with the business partners on all issues of disputes and policy interpretation

- Design and maintains a robust MIS system.

- Additional responsibilities assigned by management on timely basis.
