Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead and oversee all financial operations of KR Pulp & Papers Ltd. This critical role will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies, managing financial risks, and ensuring the company's financial stability and growth. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, senior management team, and board of directors, providing financial insights and guidance to support key business decisions and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives to maximize profitability and shareholder value.

- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial statements to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and achieve financial targets.

- Manage the company's cash flow, investments, and debt, ensuring efficient utilization of funds and minimizing financial risks.

- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.

- Evaluate and advise on the financial implications of business decisions, including capital expenditures, mergers and acquisitions, and new product development.

- Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to secure funding and manage investor relations.

- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to senior management and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Experience in managing relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

- 20-26 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing industry.

- Proficient in Budgeting and financial modeling.

- Willingness to work on-site in Delhi NCR, with potential travel to the SahajahanPur (U.P) manufacturing facility.
