About the Role

As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the finance team towards a successful public listing. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial planning, accounting, controls, and investor relations to ensure readiness for IPO and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead all finance functions such as accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital.

  • • Establish and enhance internal controls, governance, and compliance frameworks suitable for a listed company.

  • • Prepare for IPO by supervising due diligence, disclosures, listings filings, and coordinating with advisors.

  • • Provide financial insights for growth initiatives including store expansion, product mix, new markets, and supply-chain margin analysis.

  • • Manage tax, treasury, regulatory compliance, and risk, including bullion/gold financing if applicable.

  • • Drive investor relations post-listing through financial communications, analyst liaison, and timely reporting.

  • • Develop and lead a high-performing finance team while collaborating with operations, procurement, manufacturing, and retail departments.
  • Qualifications Required for the Ideal Candidate:

  • • CA / CPA (or equivalent) with 10-15 years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in retail/consumer goods or jewellery/luxury sectors.

  • • Previous experience with public companies or IPOs, familiarity with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and securities regulations.

  • • Strong analytical, commercial, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • • Demonstrated high ethical standards and a proven ability to implement processes, discipline, and support growth initiatives.
