Description:

Job Responsibilities:

- Incharge of Accounts, Taxation, Costing & Finance Operations of the Company

- In charge of Budgets finalizations, working capital management, Insurance, & Credit ratings.

- MIS & other financial reporting as required at Board meetings and AGMs

- Be part of the various strategic activities like Road Shows, PE dealing, expansion plans

- Independently handle the Plant Finances & Audits.

- Forex handling and Treasury management

- Fund raising

- Analyse & define risk / reward profile for the new projects and current on-going projects.

Internal External

BOD, MD, VP-HR, VP-Operations & Technical Services, GM-Production, GM-F&A, Chief Manager-Projects, Internal Auditor, Accounts team, Finance team, IT team, Department Heads at Mumbai office, R&D and Mahad & Dahej factory

Tax Consultants, Income Tax, Sales Tax, Insurance Companies, Insurance Brokers, Banks, Government department Competence / Knowledge / Skills required

Level of Educational Qualifications & Experience :

- Chartered Accountant

- 25+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a Pharma API company
