About the Role

As a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Orion AI, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial strategies and decisions of the company. Along with your financial expertise, we are looking for a strategic partner who is willing to invest 20 Lakhs and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business growth

  • • Manage company cash flow, investments, and risk strategies effectively

  • • Develop fundraising strategies and maintain strong investor relations

  • • Ensure financial compliance, handle taxation matters, and oversee audits

  • • Drive profitability through cost optimization initiatives

  • • Support business expansion and contribute to strategic decision-making

  • • Build and lead a high-performing finance team

  • • Bring in projects and contribute to business development efforts

    • Requirements:

  • • Proven experience in finance leadership roles such as CFO, Finance Head, Senior Finance Manager, or Business Development

  • • Strong knowledge of startup finance, fundraising, and scaling businesses

  • • CA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification is preferred

  • • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to invest and grow alongside the company

  • • Experience in the tech/startup ecosystem is a plus

    • If you join Orion AI as the CFO, you will make an initial investment of 20 Lakhs in an equity-based role. You will also receive an equity stake in the company, a leadership position with high growth potential, and the opportunity to be part of a fast-scaling deep-tech organization.
