About the Role

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for leading and managing the entire finance function of the organization as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Your role will involve developing and executing the company's financial strategy, ensuring financial management, compliance, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals

  • • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team

  • • Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling

  • • Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and MIS

  • • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements

  • • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization

  • • Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives

  • • Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors

  • • Structure project financing and optimize capital structure

  • • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance norms

  • • Oversee audits (internal, statutory, and regulatory)

  • • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • • Monitor project budgets, cost control, and profitability analysis

  • • Ensure financial discipline across multiple residential projects

  • • Support land acquisition decisions through financial due diligence

  • Qualification Required:

  • • Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
