About the Role
As a Chief Financial Officer at our company in the Construction and Infrastructure industry, your role involves overseeing and managing large-scale Financial Operations, Securing Funding for Growth, and leading the process of Entering in Capital Market through IPO initiatives. You will define and drive the Financial Strategy of the company while ensuring Stature and Regulatory Compliance, Governance, and Financial Reporting Standards to meet regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities: - Banking Relationships: Maintain a strong network of senior-level connections in both Private and Public Sector Bankers and PE Firms. Leverage these relationships for Project Funding, Credit Lines, and enhancing investor confidence. - IPO Experience: Manage the End-to-End process of Initial Public Offerings, including Roadshows, Compliance, Pricing, Investor Engagement, and Post-Listing management. - Project Funding Expertise: Structure and secure funding for expansion, acquisition, and new ventures using multiple financing instruments. - Investor Relations: Engage with institutional investors, PE Firms, and VCs effectively. Articulate the Company's vision and financial strategy. - Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Lenders, Equity Investors, and Investment bankers for Financial Planning and reporting. Lead Debt Financing and Equity Fundraising, Credit & Financial Controls. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - Chartered Accountant preferred
At our company, you will be leading End to End Finance, Treasury, Audit, and Accounting Operations across the Business Vertical of the Group. You will also drive Capital Raising initiatives including Debt, Equity, Project Finance, and IPO Readiness. Ensuring adherence to Accounting Standards, Tax Regulations, and Financial Reporting requirements will also be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, Risk management, and Business modeling for Business Operations.
Your role will involve overseeing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Treasury Operations. You will ensure compliance with IND-AS and regulatory requirements, prepare and consolidate financial statements of Business Group Companies, and oversee compliance with Income Tax, GST, Corporate Laws, and IND-AS regulations.
If you possess the ability to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with company goals, consolidate financial statements, manage fund flow and cash flow, negotiate with bankers, ensure regulatory compliance, build stakeholder relationships, and lead internal and external audits effectively, we would like to hear from you.
