Role Description
This is a volunteer-to-equity position for the
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Victus Sustinere. The CEO will serve as the primary leader of the organization, responsible for setting the long-term strategic vision and ensuring the successful execution of our core initiatives. Key responsibilities include securing investor outreach, overseeing budget allocation for our high-tech projects, and managing the core leadership team. As the face of the company, you will foster high-level partnerships and represent Victus Sustinere to stakeholders and the global entrepreneurial network. This is a
hybrid position based in Uttarakhand , offering significant work-from-home flexibility and the opportunity to earn a seat on the
Board of Directors .

Qualifications

• Strategic Visionary:

Extensive experience in Strategic Planning with the ability to navigate a startup from the prototype/provisional patent stage to global scaling.

• Financial Acumen:

Proficiency in Finance, including budget management and capital allocation for tech-intensive projects.

• Leadership Excellence:

Proven track record in building and managing multidisciplinary teams (CTO, Product, Marketing) in a dynamic environment.

• Business Development:

Skilled in Sales and high-level Relationship Management, particularly in pitching to investors and forming corporate alliances.

• Operational Oversight:

Proficiency in Operations Management and Business Planning to ensure the technical and commercial arms of the company are aligned.

• Sustainability Mindset:

A deep-rooted passion for the circular economy, waste management, and environmental innovation.

• Execution Driven:

Ability to thrive in a lean startup environment, turning complex technical concepts into marketable solutions.
*Educational Background:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (e.g., Sustainable Development) is highly preferred.
