About the Role

Role Summary The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving organizational vision, and ensuring overall operational excellence. The CEO works closely with the Board and senior leadership team to achieve long-term growth, sustainability, and impact.


Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership

  • • Define and execute the organization’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy

  • • Identify growth opportunities and ensure organizational sustainability

  • • Lead strategic planning and goal setting
  • 2. Operational Management

  • • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments

  • • Ensure efficiency, quality, and performance standards are met

  • • Drive organizational effectiveness and accountability
  • 3. Financial Oversight

  • • Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and resource allocation

  • • Ensure financial health, transparency, and compliance

  • • Monitor key financial metrics and performance

  • • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team

  • • Foster a culture of integrity, excellence, and collaboration

  • • Oversee talent development and succession planning
  • 5. Stakeholder Management

  • • Act as the primary representative of the organization

  • Key Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred – MBA or equivalent)

  • • 10–15. years of senior leadership experience

  • • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution

  • • Strong financial acumen and operational expertise

  • • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

  • • Experience in stakeholder and relationship management
