About the Role

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, your role is crucial in providing strategic leadership, driving the organizational vision, and ensuring overall operational excellence. You will work closely with the Board and senior leadership team to achieve long-term growth, sustainability, and impact.

Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the organizations vision, mission, and long-term strategy - Identify growth opportunities and ensure organizational sustainability - Lead strategic planning and goal setting

  • • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments

  • • Ensure efficiency, quality, and performance standards are met

  • • Drive organizational effectiveness and accountability

  • • Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and resource allocation

  • • Ensure financial health, transparency, and compliance

  • • Monitor key financial metrics and performance

  • • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team

  • • Foster a culture of integrity, excellence, and collaboration

  • • Act as the primary representative of the organization

  • • Build relationships with partners, donors, clients, and key stakeholders
