Role & Responsibilities:

- Owns revenue growth, profitability and utilization targets.

- Understands unit economics: ROI per center, payback period, capex vs opex trade-offs.

- Drives the business like a standalone profit center.

- Commercial & Client Partnership Strength

- Can sell to and manage long-term partnerships with exam conducting agencies.

- Strong in negotiation, contracting, pricing, and renewals.

- Excellent relationship management with institutional stakeholders.

- Operations Excellence & Process Building

- Strong grip on daily operations: candidate flow, reporting, escalation handling, etc.

- Builds systems to scale without quality drop.

- Compliance & Risk Management Orientation

- Zero tolerance for compliance deviations; audit-ready at all times.

- Strong understanding of exam security protocols, surveillance, and access control.

- Capable crisis manager (fraud incidents, disruptions, equipment failures).

- Government / Institutional Ecosystem Handling

- Comfortable with tenders, RFPs, documentation, and eligibility requirements.

- Can handle local authorities / administrative stakeholders professionally.

- Maintains integrity while operating in high-regulation environments.
