As a seasoned AVP - HRO Operations, you will be responsible for leading large-scale HR Operations and Shared Services delivery across US and European markets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end HR Operations delivery across global shared services in US and Europe regions. - Drive HR transformation initiatives, including process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. - Oversee HR service delivery in core areas such as employee lifecycle management, HR helpdesk, case management, and HRIS operations.
• Utilize platforms like Workday and ServiceNow HR modules to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
• Manage and scale large HR operations teams, ensuring performance across SLAs, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR operations with the business strategy.
• Drive HR analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

• Proven experience managing large, global HR operations teams in the US and Europe.
