About the Role

As a seasoned AVP - HRO Operations, you will be responsible for leading large-scale HR Operations and Shared Services delivery across US and European markets. Your role will involve a strong blend of HR transformation expertise, digital HR capabilities, and operational leadership to drive efficiency, scalability, and superior employee experience.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end HR Operations delivery across global shared services in US and Europe regions. - Drive HR transformation initiatives, including process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. - Oversee HR service delivery in core areas such as employee lifecycle management, HR helpdesk, case management, and HRIS operations.

• Utilize platforms like Workday and ServiceNow HR modules to enhance service delivery and employee experience.

• Manage and scale large HR operations teams, ensuring performance across SLAs, quality, and productivity metrics.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR operations with the business strategy.

• Drive HR analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

• Identify and implement process improvements, digitization, and automation opportunities.

• Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to global HR policies and standards.
Required Skills & Experience: - 12-15 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Shared Services/HRO environments.
• Strong expertise in HR transformation and service delivery models.

• Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow (HRSD modules).

• Good understanding of HRIS systems, HR analytics, and automation tools.

• Proven experience managing large, global HR operations teams in the US and Europe.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree (MBA/PGDM - HR or related field preferred).
• Experience in global HR service delivery environments.

• Exposure to HR digital transformation / HR tech implementation programs.
