About the Role

As a seasoned AVP - HRO Operations, you will be responsible for leading large-scale HR Operations and Shared Services delivery across US and European markets. Your role will involve a strong blend of HR transformation expertise, digital HR capabilities, and operational leadership to drive efficiency, scalability, and superior employee experience.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end HR Operations delivery across global shared services in US and Europe regions. - Drive HR transformation initiatives, including process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement. - Oversee HR service delivery in core areas such as employee lifecycle management, HR helpdesk, case management, and HRIS operations.

  • • Utilize platforms like Workday and ServiceNow HR modules to enhance service delivery and employee experience.

  • • Manage and scale large HR operations teams, ensuring performance across SLAs, quality, and productivity metrics.

  • • Partner with senior stakeholders to align HR operations with the business strategy.

  • • Drive HR analytics and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

  • • Identify and implement process improvements, digitization, and automation opportunities.

  • • Ensure governance, compliance, and adherence to global HR policies and standards.
  • Required Skills & Experience: - 12-15 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Shared Services/HRO environments.
