About the Role

As an Assistant Vice President, Finance at the Central Operations Office, your role involves managing the day-to-day financial operations of the Group with precision and integrity. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, offering financial insights and conducting variance analysis.

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and monitor actuals against budgets and forecasts.

  • • Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • • Assist in creating Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, MIS reports, and other financial documentation.

  • • Analyze and monitor financial data such as revenue, spending, headcount movement, and expenses.

  • • Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

  • • Gather relevant data for financial analysis, performance evaluation, and operational efficiency.

  • • Provide decision support to various key collaborators, including business units, project teams, and functions.

  • • Review the Chart of Accounts (COA) and align monthly schedules with financial statements.

  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement agenda and foster a learning environment within the team.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, general accounting, and Financial Analytics.

  • • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).

  • • Proficiency in Hyperion/HFM and extensive experience in managing complex MS Excel sheets.

  • • Expertise in MS PowerPoint for effective presentation of financial data and analysis.
  • In this role, you will be based at the Central Operations Office and work full-time on a regular schedule. Your contributions will be vital in supporting the financial management and decision-making processes of the Group.
