Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international agricultural trading firm looking to hire a Chief of Staff / VP of Projects . Operations to join their growing team based in India.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Drive strategic execution through translating leadership priorities and execute them across teams (commercial, operational and functional) and regions, including Asia and Africa.

• Optimise leadership time through effective scheduling, meeting preparation . documentation, alongside execution of decisions across geographies.

• Proactively centralise, monitor and risk assess Project Management Office functions without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Supporting the preparation of company communications, presentations, reports and speeches for investor and board-facing materials as well as distributing to the company more widely.

• Role reports to Director.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• At least 10 years within a similar role, including strategy, business operations, programme management or strategic leadership support roles, with clear experience working closely with various leadership functions.

• MBA from a Tier 1 institution is required, preferably from finance, economics or commerce.

• Ideally have exposure within commodity trading, agri-supply chain or multi-geography trading operations.

• Must have a strong background and ability to travel – with around 60% of this being internationally.

• Role is to be based in Navi Mumbai.
