About the Role

As the Vice President Sales at Hookfish, you will have complete sales ownership of assigned real estate projects or clusters, including developing and executing go-to-market strategies, team building, revenue delivery, and P&L management. Your leadership skills will be crucial in scaling projects from launch to full inventory absorption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Design and execute project launch strategies, pricing, and sales narrative

  • • Identify target customer segments and broker networks

  • • Own the complete P&L, drive revenue growth, and ensure project profitability

  • • Hire and build a high-performance sales and sourcing team

  • • Drive strong execution on ground, maintain strong conversion ratios

  • • Build and maintain relationships with top brokers and channel partners

  • • Act as the primary interface with developers, providing market insights

  • • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of project sales strategy
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 12 - 18 years experience in real estate sales leadership

  • • Proven track record of handling large residential or commercial projects

  • • Strong broker network across Mumbai real estate market
