About the Role

As the Chief of Staff to the CHRO at a leading IT firm in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role as a key enabler and operational leader. Your primary responsibility will be to support the CHRO's office in achieving its vision of building a future-ready workforce and driving HR transformation. You will ensure the seamless execution of HR priorities, promote collaboration across global teams, and facilitate decision-making with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Collaborate with HR leaders to oversee key HR programs like hiring, workforce reskilling, and engagement.
    - Monitor the progress of HR transformation projects to ensure timely delivery.

  • • Stakeholder Management:

  • - Serve as the bridge between the CHRO and HR leaders for key programs.
    - Prepare executive-level presentations, board reports, and communication materials.

  • • Data & Insights:

  • - Develop frameworks to present concepts and insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
    - Utilize HR analytics to offer actionable insights on talent, engagement, and organizational health.

  • • Operational Excellence:

  • - Manage the operations of the CHRO's office, including leadership meetings and governance.
    - Enhance processes across HR functions for efficiency and impact.

  • • Culture & Change:

  • - Uphold Mphasis' culture and values in all HR initiatives.
    - Lead change management efforts for HR transformation programs.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

  • • MBA or Masters in HR/Business preferred.
  • Experience:

  • • 8-10 years in HR leadership or strategic roles.

  • • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.

  • • Background in consulting and expertise in designing frameworks and presenting insights.
  • Skills:
