About the Role

As Vice President Project Manager P&A Tools and Transformation, you will play a crucial role in modernizing project execution and business practices by collaborating with industry leaders and technology experts. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and redesigning operating models, managing multiple large-scale projects, and driving digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with LOB leads and technology teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, while also documenting process flows and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with teams to plan and execute digital and process transformation projects using modern tools and methodologies. - Evaluate and redesign operating models to align with technology trends like Cloud, AI/ML, and data analytics, ensuring smooth transitions. - Apply agile and traditional methodologies to manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables effectively.

  • • Provide end to end management of multiple large-scale projects across P&A and Controllers organizations manage scope, business benefits, project plans, timelines, identify & resolve issues, risks, dependencies and generate MIS.

  • • Facilitate project updates and alignments with LOB leads and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • • Partner with teams to document business requirements, test digital solutions, develop training materials for new systems and provide leadership to drive delivery.

  • • Document and refine process flows and system integrations, leveraging technical know-how to support cloud-based initiatives.
  • Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management or business analysis, with proven exposure to large-scale transformation initiatives ideally within P&A or Controllers functions.

  • • Demonstrated familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile/ SCRUM, Waterfall, and traditional change management practices.

  • • Self-starter who possesses excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

  • • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage projects in a dynamic environment.

  • • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of data management and cloud architecture principles.

  • • Proven Experience in managing a team of project managers.
  • Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced technical acumen with exposure to Cloud technologies such as AWS or Databricks.

  • • Experience with digital transformation tools, data analytics, or business intelligence platforms.

  • • Certification in Project Management (PMP or Agile methodologies) is a plus.

  • • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and digital automation.
