About the Role

As a Product Manager within the Machine Learning & intelligent ops team at JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for AI-driven solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable knowledge content and services tailored to various user personas and channels. You will play a crucial role in driving transformation, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and delivering innovative offerings.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and/or groom a team of analysts to achieve the OKRs of the Area Product by identifying opportunities for Data Science/Analytics. - Provide technical, consulting, and domain leadership to a team of Business Analysts, Data Modelling, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists for providing analytical solutions. - Develop a knowledge management platform using GenAI and lead the team through requirement gathering, data understanding, defining scope, and implementing solutions.

  • • Utilize Data Science (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP) & Azure's AI capabilities to build the solution and analytics strategy.

  • • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Modelling, Cloud Admin, and Power BI teams to design an end-to-end solution.

  • • Oversee the product area in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence to deliver knowledge content via APIs and services suitable for different channels and personalized by user persona.

  • • Execute the strategic knowledge management roadmap and continuously refine requirements to deliver collective knowledge services and capabilities at scale.
  • Qualifications Required: - 10 years of product management experience, including defining user experience needs, writing user stories, creating product value propositions, developing features and benefits, and developing roadmaps.

  • • 5 years of knowledge management, machine learning / artificial intelligence experience, or similar Operations experience.

  • • Strong leadership skills and experience working in agile/scrum teams.

  • • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively.
