About the Role

As an experienced candidate for the position at State Street Investment Services, Product Office, your primary role will be to serve as a thought partner to senior product leadership. You will be responsible for synthesizing market, regulatory, and product signals into concise narratives, decision frameworks, and executive-ready materials. Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be crucial, as you balance strategic thinking with execution discipline to meet demanding timelines. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert and cross-functional integrator to drive Product Office content and associated initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead, ideate, and drive the development of clear, evidence-based content related to product strategy, regulation, and market structure.

  • • Develop roadmaps, client-oriented submissions, and industry-oriented submissions.

  • • Drive forward-looking regulatory intelligence client materials across different jurisdictions.

  • • Produce analytical content, including competitive product capabilities assessments, for internal strategy projects to facilitate executive decision-making.

  • • Collaborate with product, sales enablement, legal, public policy, and compliance teams to validate perspectives and ensure consistency with corporate positioning.

  • • Support priorities such as AI and regulatory intelligence across the business unit by driving and helping to frame solutions.

  • • Maintain a high-quality standard by coaching and guiding team members on analytical depth, storytelling, and clarity.
  • Qualifications & Certifications:

  • • 14+ years of overall experience, with significant exposure to the investment management/servicing industry or the financial services industry in general.

  • • MBA/CFA/CA certifications are preferable.
  • Primary Skills (Must Have):

  • • Good knowledge of the investment management/servicing industry.

  • • Experience as a professional with the ability to effectively work in a globally diverse and matrixed environment.

  • • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • • Excellent communication and written skills with the ability to interact comfortably with all levels of the organization.
