As a Negotiator, Global Contract Services - Vice President with a well-known investment bank in Pune, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
• Experience within the financial industry, with a focus on derivatives master agreements• Strong negotiation and portfolio management skills• Familiarity with collateral arrangements and credit support annexes• Familiarity with industry netting and collateral opinions• Strong grasp of regulatory requirements and jurisdictional nuances, e.g. Initial Margin requirements/Variation Margin requirements under the various regulatory regimes• Ability to support team members in managing negotiations with clients, including sharing know-how on possible approaches, drafting of variations and ability to work closely with Markets lawyers on issues associated with those variations• Ability to assess documentation templates, current processes, systems or approvals and provide workable solutions/alternatives, whether to stakeholders or within the team• Ability to perform execution checks on negotiations completed by other team members, highlighting gaps in approvals obtained/drafting/processes and interaction between systems• Experience managing projects within a clearly defined framework that emphasizes strong commercial management alongside quality and timely legal deliverables• Ability to manage risk and controls effectively for the team, by applying applicable risk frameworks and embedding a positive risk culture• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organizational skills• Strong experience in draft, negotiate and complete all necessary derivative agreements (ISDA CSA, GMRA, GMSLA) etc.• Open to work UK hoursQualifications Required:
