As the Head of Cloud Sales Technology at this fast-growing global technology consulting and solutions organization, your role will be pivotal in leading the technical sales strategy and building a world-class pre-sales organization in India. You will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth for cloud, data engineering, and AI analytics solutions, shaping go-to-market strategies, and guiding enterprises in designing transformational cloud solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
• Own and drive revenue growth for cloud, data engineering, and AI analytics solutions across India.• Lead complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles from solution design to deal closure.• Partner with sales leadership to develop strategic account plans and growth initiatives.• Define and execute the technical sales roadmap for AWS, Azure, and GCP offerings.• Architect secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud solutions aligned with customer business objectives.• Act as a trusted technology advisor to C-suite stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs).• Recruit, build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Cloud Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers.• Establish best practices for pre-sales excellence, solution design, and customer engagement.• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.• Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with hyperscalers and technology partners.• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate market needs into scalable offerings.• Provide leadership with market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive positioning.Required Skills & Expertise:
• Proven expertise in cloud solution selling and architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.• Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value propositions.• Established relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and digital transformation leaders.• Domain exposure across BFSI, FMCG, manufacturing, or large enterprise environments is highly desirable.Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology (MBA preferred).• 15+ years of experience in cloud, data engineering, or analytics, with 5+ years in senior leadership or sales engineering roles.• Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect preferred.If you join us, you will have the opportunity to:
