About the Role

As a VP - Operations & Projects at our company, you will play a crucial role in translating strategic priorities into coordinated action, strengthening planning and tracking mechanisms, and driving cross-functional execution across markets and functions. You will be reporting into the Director with close collaboration across global leadership, acting as a pivotal connective layer between commercial, operational, and organizational agendas.

  • • Act as a pivotal connective layer between commercial, operational, and organizational agendas
  • Qualifications Required: - Tier 1 MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute such as IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MDI, IIFT, SIBM, or equivalent

  • • 10 years of post-MBA experience in strategy, projects, business operations, program management, or strategic leadership-support roles

  • • Strong analytical and financial skills, including comfort with project economics, data validation, and performance reporting

  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing senior-level presentations and reports

  • • Ability to work effectively with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams

  • • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively globally (approximately 60% travel)
  • The ideal candidate for this role is expected to be a Tier 1 MBA (Finance) with 10 years of post-MBA experience. They should have strong financial and analytical capability, combined with the ability to translate strategy into structured execution across projects, capex initiatives, and business priorities. The candidate should be a systems and process thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at creating order without bureaucracy. Additionally, they should have the demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build trust across functions and geographies, and operate with a strong sense of ownership.

    Experience working with multinational and multicultural teams is important, as is a mindset oriented toward learning, continuous improvement, and institutional value creation rather than individual visibility. The candidate should be self-driven, anticipatory, and resilient, with the maturity to handle ambiguity, frequent change, and competing demands.
