About the Role

As the Vice President of Sales for the Kailasa project in Delhi NCR, your role is pivotal in leading, strategizing, and driving end-to-end sales performance. You will be responsible for ensuring revenue achievement, brand positioning, and exceptional customer experience while building high-performing sales teams and robust sales processes.

Key Responsibilities: - Build, lead, and mentor high-performing sales teams across direct sales, channel partners, and site sales. - Define sales structure, roles, KRAs, and performance benchmarks aligned with project objectives.

  • • Drive a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and ethical selling practices.

  • • Coach team members on luxury selling, negotiation, and customer engagement.

  • • Work closely with HR to support hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning.

  • • Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, CRM, hospitality, finance, legal, and construction teams.
  • • Own and deliver project-wise sales targets, revenue, cash flow, and collections.

  • • Prepare and manage sales budgets, incentive plans, and cost controls.

  • • Drive price optimization, inventory planning, and margin enhancement.

  • • Monitor sales velocity, booking trends, and pipeline health.

  • • Ensure timely collections, minimize cancellations, and reduce revenue leakage.

  • • Support management with forecasts, MIS, and board-level sales reporting.

  • Qualifications Required:
