As a Vice President of Jewelry Design at Oreades Jewelry, your role will involve leading and overseeing the design department at the Noida location. Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop design strategies and oversee the creation of innovative jewelry collections

  • • Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure alignment with the brand's vision

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution from concept to final design

  • • Stay updated on industry trends and ensure alignment with market trends and customer expectations

  • • Foster creativity within the design team to maintain the brands reputation for excellence and innovation

    • Qualifications:

  • • Proficiency in Design Thinking and problem-solving skills

  • • Expertise in Visual Design and Product Design

  • • Strong skills in Design Strategy and Design Management

  • • Demonstrated experience in creating cohesive design portfolios

  • • Proven leadership and team management capabilities

  • • Comprehensive understanding of the jewelry industry, materials, and production processes
