Our sector-focused Banking relationship managers provide a single coverage point for multinational clients. With our global capabilities and footprint, vast expertise, and local knowledge, our Global Network Banking (GNB) teams connect clients to the products and services that meet their international financial needs.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager, Global Network Banking, India. Based in Mumbai.
Principal Responsibilities
The person will acquire, retain, and grow GNB customer relationships for HSBC while adhering to the Group values, business strategy, operational policies, regulatory requirements and risk management practices. GNB is a critical segment to CIB and this position is required to maximize the value of these relationships both domestically and internationally by working closely with group offices and product partners.

Qualifications
As an employee, you are required to perform your duties in a professional capacity exercising independent judgement, discretion and decision-making authority in planning, organising, directing work, supervising and appraising the work of team members, as applicable; and taking accountability for delivery outcomes. You will represent the organization with relevant internal and external stakeholders. You will allocate and prioritize work, provide direction and feedback, manage team capacity and leave in line with policy as applicable.
Additional Notes:
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
Mandatory to successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required
