Vice President

A Vice President overseeing civil projects directs large-scale construction operations, requiring strategic planning, budget oversight, and team leadership. This executive role combines high-level project coordination with corporate management.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning: Set operational goals, oversee portfolio profit and loss (P&L), and direct multi-site civil engineering workflows.Resource & Cost Control: Manage overall project budgets, value engineering, and resource allocation across departments.Stakeholder Management: Lead interactions with clients, external vendors, local regulatory authorities, and internal teams.Compliance & Safety: Enforce rigorous quality assurance (QA/QC) benchmarks and safety regulations across all job sites.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering; a Masters degree or MBA in Project Management is preferred.Experience: 15 to 25+ years in civil construction or real estate infrastructure,
including 5+ years in a senior executive or VP role.Skills: Advanced expertise in scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project), financial forecasting, risk mitigation, and team mentorship
Handling multiple luxury hotel projects would be a very highly added value.
