About the Role

As the Vice President Human Resources for a growing organization, your role will involve driving the people strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, compensation, HR operations, and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with senior leadership to build a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: - Strategic HR Leadership - Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in line with business priorities and growth plans. - Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. - Drive culture, leadership effectiveness, and employee experience initiatives.

  • Talent Acquisition - Lead recruitment efforts across business and corporate functions.

  • - Build talent pipelines and hiring strategies to support organizational growth.
    - Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.

  • Performance Management & Culture - Design and implement performance management frameworks focused on accountability and results.

  • - Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.
    - Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.

  • Learning & Development - Develop capability-building and leadership development programs.

  • - Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development initiatives.
    - Support succession planning and internal mobility programs.

  • Compensation & Rewards - Oversee compensation, incentive, and benefits programs.

  • - Support compensation benchmarking and annual review processes.
    - Ensure reward frameworks align with business objectives.

  • HR Operations & Compliance - Ensure efficient HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

  • - Oversee payroll coordination, compliance, policies, and HR administration.
    - Drive process improvements and HR technology adoption where appropriate.

  • Team Leadership - Build, mentor, and develop the HR team.

  • - Establish strong HR business partnering capabilities.
    - Drive collaboration and continuous improvement across the HR function.

    Candidate Profile: - MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • • 12+ years of progressive HR experience.

  • • Minimum 45 years in an HR leadership position.

  • • Strong experience across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.

  • • Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams.

  • • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • • Commercially minded with a hands-on approach to execution.
