About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Workforce Manager who can build and scale a global talent marketplace for onboarding offshore resources across various workforce models.

Responsibilities

  • • Design a global offshore talent marketplace

  • • Build vetted offshore talent pipelines

  • • Develop onboarding and compliance workflows

  • • Partner with sales and delivery teams

  • • Define marketplace governance and pricing

  • • Track marketplace performance metrics

  • • Serve as internal SME on marketplace strategies

    • Robust understanding of offshore staffing
