About the Role

As a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer at BNY, you will play a crucial role in enhancing, maintaining, and supporting a small portfolio of applications. Your responsibilities will include architecting and developing web applications, implementing full-stack solutions using C# and the .NET platform, building interactive user interfaces using Blazor (WebAssembly or Server) and Razor components, designing and creating RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core to power client-side functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Enhance, maintain, and support a small portfolio of applications

  • • Architect and develop web applications using C# and the .NET platform

  • • Build interactive user interfaces using Blazor and Razor components

  • • Design and create RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

  • • 15+ years of professional experience in full-stack development

  • • Proven expertise in C# and the .NET Core / .NET platform

  • • In-depth, hands-on experience with Blazor or the Angular framework

  • • Proficiency in database design and management with Microsoft SQL Server

  • • Understanding of ORM frameworks, especially Entity Framework Core

  • • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services

  • • Solid experience with version control, particularly Git

  • • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development

  • • Experience with Agile development methodologies

  • • Experience with ML.NET or Microsoft Agent Framework is a plus

  • • Experience with Java programming is a plus
