As the Vice President Finance based in Pawane, Navi Mumbai, India, reporting to the Chief Technical Officer of the Global Supply Organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading the financial strategy, planning, analysis, and decision support across the entire supply chain. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for supply chain operations.

  • • Analyzing cost structures across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to identify efficiency opportunities.

  • • Providing actionable insights through driving variance analysis.

  • • Acting as a strategic advisor to Supply Chain leadership and providing financial guidance for manufacturing capex decision-making.

  • • Partnering with procurement to optimize vendor negotiations and working capital.

  • • Supporting manufacturing operations with cost reduction initiatives and Capex/Opex evaluation.

  • • Defining and monitoring supply chain KPIs and implementing financial governance.

  • • Identifying financial and operational risks within supply chain processes and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

  • • Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • • Chartered Accountant.

  • • 17 18 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in supply chain finance leadership.

  • • Strong understanding of supply chain operations and proven track record of cost optimization and working capital improvement.

  • • Experience in multinational/FMCG/manufacturing/pharma industries preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:

  • • Robust financial modeling and analytical skills.

  • • Strategic thinking with operational execution capability.

  • • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • • Expertise in SAP, BI tools, and advanced Excel.

  • • Leadership, team management, and talent development abilities.
